本センターは平成24年10月に発足した新しい農学部附属施設であり、生物生産科学部門、健康機能開発部門から構成されています。佐賀市久保泉町の久保泉キャンパス（本部）と唐津市の唐津キャンパスを拠点に、プロジェクト型の学際的?国際的な教育研究を推進しています。久保泉キャンパスは、農学部がある本庄キャンパスから北東へ約12km 離れたところにあり、水田、茶園、落葉果樹園、蔬菜園、飼料園、放牧場、有機圃場（以上約10ha）や各種の建物（講義室、宿泊施設、農具舎、畜舎、加工棟、温室など）があります。久保泉キャンパスから北へ約3km離れた脊振山系の金立山南面には柑橘園（7．6ha）があります。ここには、世界各地から集められた柑橘類があり、教育?研究に利用されています。
さらに、これからの新しい農業に対応するため、本庄キャンパス内に最新の設備を誇る植物工場を新設しました。唐津キャンパスは、本学から北西50㎞に位置し、48a の敷地内には3つの研究室と実験室等を擁する3階建の研究棟と実験圃場と温室があります。

In 2014, the Agricultural Innovation Center was organized with two departments. Head office is located 12 km northeast of the Honjo campus, and has various fields for the cultivation of rice, vegetables, tea, fruits and grasses as well as greenhouses for horticulture and several facilities for rearing animals and meat and vegetable processing. About 3 km further north of the head office, there is an orchard where many species and varieties of fruit trees, especially Citrus, are cultivated for research and educational purposes. The Agricultural Innovation Center provides our students with great opportunities to experience farming practice and farm management under the direction of academic and technical staff of the Center. Recently, a greenhouse of a new type equipped with an environment control system was built on Honjo campus to develop new agriculture.
Karatsu campus is situated 50 km northwest from the Honjo campus in Saga Prefecture. This campus has an area of 48 acres and there are three laboratories, upland, and greenhouse on it.
